You have 14 days from when the order arrives to contact and arrange delivery to receive a refund. As soon as I have your refund, I will return the money to your chosen payment provider, please note this could take 3 - 5 working days to appear in your bank.

You are liable for returning any unwanted goods otherwise I cannot refund the amount to you.
